Each month, we reassess where you stand. Weight, measurements and progress pics to show us what changes need to be made. Data helps us determine the next steps to make. Seeing the improvements on a regular basis allows us to feel better while looking better!

Customized workouts designed for your goals. Consistently progressing workouts at your pace for improvement and safety. We will build on strength, core stability and improved movement patterns. Whether weightloss or muscle growth is the goal, there needs to be a periodized plan in place.
